                Re-planning and design, including a main floor addition to an 1860s home for a retired couple 
                (barrier free design); full design services including working drawings, sourcing and project

GRENADIER HEIGHTS, Swansea  

                Design consultation, planning, design development, selection of
                interior finishes, design of custom millwork and fireplace surrounds, window treatment, etc. for
                interior alterations and three storey addition to a three-storey home; existing basement was                          under-pinned, and the entire basement was re-planned, including the basement addition;                            preparation of landscape design layouts, (front & back); consultation re: exterior finishes, new                      windows, exterior lighting and garage.

ETOBICOKE RESIDENCE

                Interior alterations, renovations and refinishing of a single storey home, including basement;                        recommendations for re-finishing the exterior of the house, finishes for the new garage and

                new hardscaping for the driveway.  

 

DANFORTH RESIDENCE

                Design consultation for an expansion to an existing two-storey house with a roof raising to

                create a third floor for their expanding young family; research and detailing for custom millwork                    for the new master ensuite, walk-in closet, new home office, new built-ins in master bedroom                      including a ribbon fireplace; research and specification of all finishes for the new 3rd floor, as                      well as the main and 2nd floors; research and specifications of new furniture for the new home                    office.
