Our team is committed to generating design solutions that respond to the clients’ needs and reflect their functional and organizational or personal requirements, goals, objectives and philosophy. Creative and constructive communication between the client and design team plays an important role in the design process, resulting in imaginative, innovative and functionally cost effective design solutions. Inclusive, universal and barrier free planning, design and detailing, as well as the use of environmentally safe building products and finishes are integral to our proposed design solutions. Prior to finalizing the proposed planning and design solutions, we review them with the client to confirm that they meet the design criteria and budget, and can be implemented within the schedule guidelines. Once these aspects have been approved by the client, we prepare working drawings and specifications, coordinate the tender process, and supervise construction and post move in follow up. All of these elements are paramount to the success of the design process and ensure that the final project reflects the original objectives and blueprint design.
